When I use the AT&T Mark the Spot app to report an issue, does anyone actually do anything about it?? I've used this app numerous times to report an issue at a particular location and although I get messages every now and then saying the issue has been resolved, nothing has actually improved at that "spot". I've been reporting that location since March 2014 (per the text message responses
