I recently moved into a new apartment and have been trying to set up my a port on my network to run a server, but it is not opening. I have already allowed the port through my firewall and even turned my firewall off to test the port, but that isn't making a difference. I have also set up an addr

You are correct. After posting here I found the solution on a Netgear forum. You have to disable Adblock Plus or the "Advanced Tab" windows will not open property in Netgear Genie. I disabled it for the router login page.
